Instructions
Use a food processor to chop cranberries into small pieces
Use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese until soft
Melt the white chocolate according to manufacturers instructions
Add the white chocolate and cranberries to cream cheese and stir to combine
Place mixture in the fridge for at least two hours to firm
Working quickly, shape teaspoons of the mixture into balls and place on a tray lined with foil
Melt the milk chocolate in a bowl according to manufacturers instructions
Using forks, dip the balls into the chocolate, rolling until coated, then set on the baking tray
Sprinkle the balls with decorations
Refrigerate until firm
