Today I found out that I’ve been added to Suzi’s Big List of Sewing Blogs! I’m a little bit excited about it as I’d worried when I submitted my blog that it would be too boring to list!

I’ve been rather silent of late mainly due to spending last weekend in Tasmania! I finally got to go to Salamanca Market which was lovely, but perhaps not as ‘handmade’ as my mind had been conjuring. I did buy a gorgeous little whale carved from Sassafras who has a rather fat head immediately prompting us to refer to him as the ‘fat head whale’. He’s very cute. The only other purchase was a small bottle of Blueberry port from Hartzview Vineyard

Now it’s back to reality and time to get cracking on the Christmas decorations! Mid-November already! Eek!
