We have a beautiful chocolate brown leather couch in our back room that my dear kitty, Cinders, thinks is a giant scratching post just for her! We’ve had said couch hidden under a throw for nearly a year, but I’ve really been enjoying colour lately and wanted to add some to that end of the room. The solution? Cushions!

I purchased some Sandi Henderson fabric, some old cheapo cushion inserts from Spotlight and sewed away. I’m very, very pleased with the result and Col said we can now paint the wall behind the couch green to create a lovely colourful corner!

In typical daggy husband fashion, when I asked Col to come and see my handiwork he immediately jumped on them!
