Creative burst – stifled!

That is to say that as of yesterday my lovely at-home holiday is over and it’s back into the full time job. It’s very frustrating to be on such a creative burst and not be able to do anything with it for 12 hours of the day!

Anyway, tonight I made this:

A small clutch with wrist strap for holding a few items when heading out for dinner or a yummy cocktail. I’m going to have to tinker with the pattern a bit more before I’m completely happy with it but I’m pretty chuffed.

Notice the crease towards the bottom? No amount of ironing would get this out – any tips on removing creases from those folded ‘flat fats’ Spotlight sell?

That is such a cute little bag- I love the colour.
Its too late for this one but sometimes the creases come out if you prewash the fabric and press it when it is still slightly damp. Sometimes. Some folds are just too stubborn and I usually try to work around them.

Such a cute bag. I don’t even notice a crease.
