Sewing and Craft

My secret shame

There hasn’t been much happening on the sewing front lately and here’s why:

My sewing room has somehow turned into a junk pile. This happened gradually over the course of the last six months mainly due to me not being well enough to do much about it. These photos actually make it look cleaner than it is. I have to tiptoe through the junk to get to my computer. There is light at the end of the tunnel though; yesterday I started to plow through the piles and I can now actually reach the craft table although it still isn’t useable and I can roll backwards on my chair without rolling onto things!

It took you six months to get to that point? I can do that in just a couple of weeks! Just today I thought the mess was no joke for stopping me from working so I pushed it to the side about ten inches, searched for some scissors and the rotary cutter and got to work. Never let a mess stop your imagination from producing. lol Cherrie

Ooooo my favorite kind of mess! Love it that someone else has a messy sewing room sometimes, too.

Love that you’re taking the photo of your ‘mess’ whilst in your PJ’s, girl after my own heart xo
