Plum jam


Last year I decided to be adventurous with several punnets of strawberries and made my own jam. It was a successful endeavour that we’re still enjoying today so when two kilos of plums made their way onto my desk via a wok colleague I just knew they too were destined for jam!


The resulting yield- 2 x 700g jars, 1 x 500g and 1 x 275g. Not bad at all!
