You read that correctly – the January garden! I haven’t blogged about much at all on this blog this year and I would like to rectify that, so I’m going to do a series of catch up posts, then get back into blogging on a regular basis. I find it useful for myself to look back on what was happening in the garden at various times of the year as it helps shape things the following year.

• Veggie garden was going strong with corn, tomatoes, zucchini and pumpkin growing well.
• The herb pots of basil, mint and thyme were flourishing.
• lots of pretty summery flowers were out and I must remember to plant more salvias, petunias,and cat mint this year as they were very pretty.
