Turkish Delight Ice Cream Cake

Easy and yummy!

1L container of Cadbury turkish delight ice cream
500ml carton of custard
Frozen raspberries
Half a block of dark chocolate
1/4 cup of cream

1. Soften ice cream and combine with custard
2. Add frozen raspberries – I added enough that you could see them, but not so many that they dominated
3. Pour into a spring form pan lined with baking paper or a pudding basin
4. Freeze overnight

To serve: melt chocolate and cream in a saucer over boiling water until smooth. Pour over cake and eat!
