Tonight’s quick and easy dinner almost tasted too good for the minimal amount of effort involved. Take a small pizza base, slather with tomato based pasta sauce, randomly scatter sundried tomatoes, salami and bocconcini over it then add some basil and a drizzle of olive oil. Throw in the oven for ten minutes. Remove and enjoy!
